Warranty & Repair

DIESEL luggage and travel gear come with a 3 years commercial warranty, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Coverage

  • Applies to new products only – display and clearance models are excluded.
  • Covers manufacturing defects that affect normal use of the product.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Accidents from external damage (e.g., drops, impacts, or damage during transportation)
  • Excessive or abnormal wear
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures, sunlight, solvents, water, or other liquids
  • Damage due to user actions, negligence, or misuse
  • Inappropriate packaging or transportation when returning the product

Additional Exclusions for Electronic Components:

  • Non-compliant use of electronic elements
  • Modifications, including the use of parts not manufactured or sold by DIESEL or improper installation of third-party products

Implementation of Warranty

  • Warranty claims require the original purchase invoice (date + product reference).
  • Postal returns must follow After-Sales instructions and use protective packaging.
  • If valid: repair or replacement (no refunds).
  • Aesthetic changes may occur during repair – no claims allowed.
  • DIESEL covers shipping costs for warranted repairs.
  • If claim is invalid, return shipping is your responsibility (unless required by law).

Duration of Warranty

All DIESEL luggage and travel gear are covered for 3 years from the purchase date.

Territorial Scope

The commercial warranty applies to all DIESEL travel products worldwide.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

Contact an authorized DIESEL repair center for service. Repairs are offered under specific conditions and at applicable costs.
